Deposits made via JazzCash and Easypaisa are typically credited immediately. Bank transfers and card deposits may take longer depending on the processing time of your bank or card provider. The 1eem platform operates in PKR. All account balances, bet amounts, winnings and promotional values are displayed and processed in Pakistani Rupees. There are no hidden currency conversions at any stage.
To make a withdrawal, your account must be fully verified. Withdrawals are processed back to the same payment method used for your deposit where possible. Withdrawals are paid in PKR.
Standard withdrawal processing times apply at Silver tier. Gold, Platinum and Diamond VIP members benefit from progressively faster processing. Diamond tier members receive same-day processing as a standard benefit. Specific processing time frames are listed in the VIP programme terms.
Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are displayed in your account at the time of the request. Limits may vary by payment method and account tier. 1eem reserves the right to process large withdrawals in instalments and to carry out additional verification checks on withdrawal requests above certain thresholds.
If your balance includes bonus funds that are subject to wagering requirements, only the portion of your balance that is not subject to pending wagering requirements is available for withdrawal. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before meeting the relevant wagering requirements will result in the bonus being voided.
1eem offers promotional bonuses from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cricket and PSL season promotions, VIP rewards and other special offers. Each promotion has its own specific terms including eligible games, wagering requirements, minimum deposit requirements, time limits and maximum withdrawal amounts derived from bonus play. Wagering requirements represent the number of times a bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit, depending on the promotion) must be wagered before it can be converted to withdrawable funds. For example, a PKR 1,000 bonus with a 30x wagering requirement must generate PKR 30,000 in qualifying bets before withdrawal is possible.
Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Contribution rates per game category are specified in the individual promotion terms. Live casino table bets and certain game types may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all.
1eem reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel associated winnings and restrict accounts where there is evidence of bonus abuse. This includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, using automated software to meet wagering requirements, hedging bets to meet requirements with minimal risk and other exploitative patterns of bonus use.
All slot games and RNG table games on 1eem use certified random number generation to determine outcomes. Each game round is an independent event – previous results do not influence future outcomes. Live casino game outcomes (Baccarat, Blackjack, Roulette) are determined by physical equipment – real cards, real wheels – as streamed live from the studio. The only exception is Lightning Roulette, where lucky number selections are RNG-determined.
RTP figures shown on game information pages represent the theoretical long-run percentage of wagered amounts returned to players across all sessions. RTP is a statistical average and does not predict the outcome of any individual session or series of bets. Short-term results can vary significantly from the stated RTP figure.
In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection or technical error that interrupts a game round in progress, 1eem will make reasonable efforts to restore the session to its state at the point of interruption. Where this is not possible, the affected round will be voided and the stake returned. 1eem is not liable for losses caused by platform malfunctions beyond the value of the interrupted stake.
In the event of a game displaying an obviously incorrect pay table, odds, RTP figure or other material game parameter due to a technical error, 1eem reserves the right to void play conducted under those erroneous conditions and to return stakes accordingly. Winnings generated under provably erroneous conditions will not be paid.

1eem reserves the right to close, suspend or restrict any account at its discretion, including in cases of: breach of these terms, fraudulent or prohibited conduct, identity verification failure, suspicion of money laundering or other illegal activity, and self-exclusion requests. Where an account is closed for breach of terms, 1eem may retain relevant balances pending investigation.
Accounts that have had no login activity for an extended period may be classified as dormant. 1eem will make reasonable efforts to contact you before applying any administrative fee to a dormant balance and will provide notice of the dormancy policy that applies to your account tier.
1eem may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time to reflect changes to the platform, legal requirements or operational practices. When material changes are made, registered members will be notified via email or via a notice displayed when logging into the account. The updated terms will be published on this page with a revised "last updated" date.
